AMOS-based analysis of factors influencing customer loyalty

چکیده
In order to better reduce the cost of e-commerce operations and save resources for marketing promotion, merchants must adopt a reasonable effective way screen customers improve competitiveness their own products. This paper takes measurement latent variable customer loyalty as starting point, collects data through design questionnaires research basis, uses Analysis Moment Structure (AMOS) construct structural equation model conduct validating factor analysis. It was found that hypotheses proposed from three subjects business, themselves logistics are all basically valid, have positive impact on loyalty. Ecommerce businesses should service quality stores, ensure products can meet needs most customers, build good brand image, also carefully choose companies reliable new cooperate with.
